The National Weather Service in State College has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
North Central Tioga County in north central Pennsylvania...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 756 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Elkland, or 21 miles north of Wellsboro, moving
southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Elkland around 805 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by the tornado include Osceola, Tioga
Junction and Tioga.

This includes Interstate 99 between mile markers 189 and 196.
