South Central Kane County in southern Utah... * Until 315 AM MDT Tuesday. * At 723 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Lick Wash, with flows expected to move downstream into Buckskin Gulch. Between 0.75 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
