* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Gallia County in southeastern Ohio... Southeastern Jackson County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 557 PM EDT, emergency management reported reported widespread flooding due to heavy rainfall from earlier thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
