.Due to recent heavy rainfall, the water level along the Myakka River
at Myakka River State Park remains elevated in Flood Stage.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Myakka River at Myakka River State Park.

* WHEN...Until Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 7.3 feet, Picnic areas and adjacent parking lots
flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 7.2 feet.
