* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and western Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in northwest Pennsylvania, Forest, Jefferson PA, Mercer and Venango. In western Pennsylvania, Clarion. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Following multiple rounds of thunderstorms over the previous 24 to 36 hours, another cluster is expected Thursday afternoon and evening that could produce heavy rain on an already saturated ground that is susceptible to flash flooding.
