Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier affecting Hardin, Jefferson, Orange and Jasper Counties. For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier. * WHEN...From this evening to Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of Four Oaks Ranch Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 4.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:15 PM CDT Friday was 4.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Sunday morning and continue falling to 3.9 feet Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 4.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
