At 1040 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Elba, Enterprise, Fort Rucker, New Brockton, Lee, Woodland Grove Church, Camp Humming Hills, Richburg, Wise Mill, Arcus, Mixons Crossroads, Clintonville, Lowry Mill, Carl Folsom A/p, Tabernacle, New Haven, Turner Crossroads, Victoria, Camp Alaflo Bsa and Jack. Additional heavy rainfall from the remnant eyewall of Isaias is likely to exacerbate the flooding situation within the warned area. A trained storm spotter in western Geneva County reported nearly a foot of rain with this activity.
