The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Eastern Grant County in southwestern New Mexico...

* Until 1030 PM MDT.

* At 809 PM MDT, Heavy rain has produced over an inch of rain across
much of Noonday Canyon. This will lead to more serious flooding at
low water crossings in the Noonday Canyon area, and at the low
water crossing on Galaz Street in San Lorenzo.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of arroyos and streams, roads, as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
