At 721 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain has ended
across the warned area, but flooding is expected to continue. Between
2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already
occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
