* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Periods of heavy rainfall associated with a remnant tropical
storm system will spread across southern Colorado Tuesday through
Thursday.
- The Sangre de Cristo mountains into the southern I-25 Corridor
