* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 251 AM CDT, emergency management reported ongoing flooding
southeast of Ashland due to heavy rain from thunderstorms.
Flooding is ongoing. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
