* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Otero County in south central New Mexico... * WHEN...Until 800 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 607 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
