* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall over the last few days continues. * WHERE...Central Gallia County in southeastern Ohio... Southeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until noon EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 922 PM EDT, local law enforcement numerous roadways that were flooded across the warned area. The Raccoon Creek gauge at Adamsville remains above the minor flood stage of 21 feet. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
