* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 433 through 437.

* WIND...West to northwest winds with gusts of 25 to 35 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...12 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
