At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CST Tuesday the stage was 5.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 26.1 feet early Thursday morning.
