* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 859 AM EDT, the Reaville gauge on the Neshanic River was
approaching flood stage. Water levels in the vicinity of the
gauge are expected to exceed flood stage shortly and remain there
for a short time this morning.
