Some flooding concerns will accompany this feature given earlier soaking rains. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest Virginia, including the following areas, in central Virginia, Albemarle, Central Virginia Blue Ridge, Greene, Nelson and Orange. In northern Virginia, Culpeper, Northern Fauquier and Southern Fauquier. In northwest Virginia, Madison, Northern Virginia Blue Ridge and Rappahannock. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Despite a lull in the activity this afternoon, another round of moderate to heavy showers are expected near the low pressure attached to the remnants of Isaias.
