AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR A PORTION OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA...

* AFFECTED AREA...Portions of the Sacramento Valley and adjacent
foothills.

* TIMING...Until 5 PM PDT Monday.

* WINDS...Gusts 20 to 35 mph. South to southwest winds through
Saturday afternoon. Winds shift out of the north during the day on
Sunday, becoming gusty by the evening and through Monday morning.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 10 to 25 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
