Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Skunk River at Augusta. * WHEN...From this evening to late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Widespread agricultural flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.2 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
