County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo.

* WHEN...From this evening to Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water closes Ranchero Rd in Waterloo. Some
residential evacuations may occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.7 feet, and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this evening to a crest of 15.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage late Saturday morning.
