Douglas County in east central Nebraska... Sarpy County in east central Nebraska... East Central Saunders County in east central Nebraska... North Central Cass County in southeastern Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 145 AM CDT, emergency management reported in several locations across the Omaha metro. Flooding is already occurring. Between 5 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, Ralston, Gretna, Bennington, Boys Town, Elkhorn, Millard, Offutt AFB, La Vista, Carter Lake, Valley, Springfield, Waterloo, Crescent, Cedar Creek, Aksarben and Chalco. - This includes the following highways...
