Central Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 945 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 626 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
