Grand River near Chillicothe affecting Linn and Livingston Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Chillicothe. * WHEN...From Wednesday evening to late Friday night. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Low-lying cropland floods. At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 6.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 29.4 feet Thursday morning.
