* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Centre County in central Pennsylvania... Central Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1225 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
