Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas... * Until 1015 AM EDT. * At 930 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from Elliott Key to 17 nm east of Cape Florida, moving north at 10 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Sunny Isles, Elliott Key, Bal Harbour, Triumph Reef, Golden Beach, Surfside, Cape Florida, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Hallandale, and Hollywood.
