Missouri River At Nebraska City affecting Fremont and Otoe Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo. * WHEN...Until late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The Rulo boat ramp begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 19.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
