* WHAT...Flooding ongoing and additional flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
areas, Hardin, Lower Jefferson, Northern Orange, Southern Jasper,
Southern Newton, Southern Orange, Tyler and Upper Jefferson.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive
street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Banding from Tropical Depression Edouard is expected to ramp up
again. On account of the heavy rainfall already having fallen
over the watch area, the watch will be extended.
