Missouri River at Boonville affecting Howard, Moniteau, Cooper and Boone Counties. Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Saline, Chariton and Howard Counties. Missouri River At Miami affecting Carroll, Saline and Chariton Counties. Missouri River at Waverly affecting Carroll, Saline and Lafayette Counties.
