* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Utah, including the following area, San Rafael
Swell.

* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, dry washes, slot canyons, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations such as slickrock areas and recent burn
scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Several rounds of thunderstorms may bring heavy rainfall to the
area starting this afternoon through this evening, with another
round Thursday afternoon through Thursday evening. Also,
overnight tonight, a more widespread area of light to moderate
rainfall will move through, helping to the keep the area
saturated and more easily prone to flooding.
