* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of Utah, including the following areas, Bryce Canyon Country, Southern Mountains, Upper Sevier River Valleys, Lower Washington County and Southwest Utah. * WHEN...From 6 PM MDT this evening through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, dry washes, slot canyons, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations such as slickrock areas and recent burn scars. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An area of showers and thunderstorms will develop into southwest Utah this evening. The period of heaviest rainfall potential will be overnight especially after 9 PM MDT this evening through the early morning hours on Thursday.
