At 338 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms produced heavy rain across the warned area. Additional
storms will impact the warned area through 530 AM. Between 0.5 and 1
inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch
in 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
