For the western valleys, more localized wind gusts 25 to 35 mph. * WHERE...San Diego County Valleys. * WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult for high profile vehicles.
