* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow-moving thunderstorms develop this afternoon over the
Sacramento Mountains with high rainfall rates possible. Areas
around Mescalero and the Salt Fire burn scar are most sensitive
to flash flooding today.
