...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Kansas... Missouri... Missouri River at St Joseph affecting Doniphan, Andrew and Buchanan Counties. Missouri River at Waverly affecting Carroll, Lafayette and Saline Counties. Missouri River above Parkville affecting Leavenworth, Platte and Wyandotte Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Missouri... Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Lafayette, Jackson and Ray Counties. Missouri River At Miami affecting Carroll, Saline and Chariton Counties. Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Howard, Saline and Chariton Counties. Missouri River at Boonville affecting Howard, Moniteau, Cooper and Boone Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...From Sunday morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood. At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to flood. At 25.0 feet, Numerous farm levees are overtopped. Flooding of agricultural land and secondary roads occurs. Backwater flooding on Perche Creek causes flooding in McBaine. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:04 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.7 feet Monday evening.
