Missouri River above Parkville affecting Leavenworth, Platte and Wyandotte Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Missouri... Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Lafayette, Jackson and Ray Counties. Missouri River At Miami affecting Carroll, Saline and Chariton Counties. Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Howard, Saline and Chariton Counties.
