...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Missouri... Grand River near Brunswick affecting Carroll and Chariton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Brunswick. * WHEN...From this evening to Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying areas occurs along the west bank of the Grand River near the U.S. Highway 24 bridge about 1 mile west of Brunswick. At 22.0 feet, Low-lying areas along the east bank of the Grand River near the U.S. Highway 24 bridge begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:20 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 24.7 feet Sunday evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday evening. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
