* WHAT...Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Braxton County in north central West Virginia... Southeastern Calhoun County in north central West Virginia... North Central Clay County in north central West Virginia... Southeastern Gilmer County in north central West Virginia... Northwestern Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... Central Lewis County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 116 AM EDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fell across the warned area on Saturday, ranging anywhere from 1 to 4 inches. Lingering high water is expected across portions of the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Weston, Gassaway, Stonewall Jackson, Jackson Mill, Big Otter, Wallback, Burnsville, Jane Lew, Flatwoods, Exchange, Heaters, Sand Run, Wilsie, Frametown, Walkersville, Rosedale, Servia, Horner and Nebo. - This includes the following highways...
