* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Iowa, including the following
counties, Clayton and Fayette and southwest Wisconsin, including
the following county, Grant.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area
creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy
rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread rain will continue through the overnight with
additional rainfall amounts of up to 2 inches possible.
