* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma, including the
following counties, Cimarron and Texas and the Panhandle of Texas,
including the following counties, Dallam, Hartley and Sherman.

* WHEN...Through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall of 2-4" over the last 24 hours has fallen over the
area. Additional rainfall over saturated grounds could lead to
run-off and flooding concerns.
