* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties,
Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell and
Winneshiek, southeast Minnesota, including the following counties,
Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona, and
Wisconsin, including the following counties, Adams, Buffalo,
Crawford, Grant, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland,
Trempealeau and Vernon.

* WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread rain has developed across the region today and will
continue into the day Saturday. The heaviest rainfall will occur
overnight Friday night. Some locations may see up to 6 inches of
rainfall, particularly from near Austin to near La Crosse to near
Richland Center.
