* WHERE...Southwestern Clayton County in northeastern Iowa along the
Volga River...

* WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The Volga River and nearby tributaries continue to rise
due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 920 AM CDT, automated gauges and local law enforcement
indicated rapid river rises along the Volga River, which will
continue through the afternoon. Additional heavy rain is possible
this afternoon, which could exacerbate current flooding issues.
