Water also approaches the village of Arkoe. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 11.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 18.5 feet tomorrow morning.
