Eastern Lampasas County in central Texas... * Until 1100 AM CDT. * At 853 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain falling across the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
