expected.

* WHERE...Anchorage and Eagle River Hillsides. Strongest gusts will
likely be in the Bear Valley, Potter Creek, and Rabbit Creek areas.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM AKDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and
cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur early this
morning, then steadily taper off through early this afternoon.
