North Central Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1041 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding due to heavy rainfall from earlier today. Flooding is ongoing.
