following rivers in Illinois...

Des Plaines River near Russell affecting Lake IL County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Des Plaines River from IL/WI state line downstream to US-41
in Gurnee, including the Russell gauge.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Low-lying wetlands and agricultural land is
inundated near the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 7.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The river continues a gradual rise.
