Reno County in south central Kansas... * WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Localized flooding of streets, rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is likely. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 848 PM CDT, Up to 5 inches of rain occurred Thursday evening, highest over northeast McPherson and western Marion Counties. - Additional rainfall amounts up to around one-half inch is possible through Thursday evening. - Some locations that may experience localized floodinginclude...
