Minnesota...

Cedar River at Austin affecting Mower County.

.The heaviest rainfall in the Cedar River Basin fell across the
Lansing area, where 2 to 5 inches of rain fell in that sub-basin.
With Lansing already cresting lower than the original forecast, have
lowered the downstream forecasts at Austin and Charles City
accordingly.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River near Lansing.

* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 21.2 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the County Road
2 Bridge.
