* WHERE...Kaiwi Channel, Maui County Windward Waters, Maui
County Leeward Waters, Maalaea Bay and Pailolo Channel.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
