For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record, which was a crest of 14.76 ft that occurred in July 2003. * WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The 100 year flood level is exceeded.
